Overclocked N64 support?

Overclocked N64 support?

Some games that use a variable framerate can have better performance with an overclocked N64 (GoldenEye can actually run at a constant 60fps).

Not only that, but the standard tournament rules for team battle in Smash Bros actually recommends the use of an overclocked N64:

Obviously it's difficult enough to get Cen64 to run at full speed even at the N64's stock speed, but it should still only be a matter of time before that too comes to pass (consider that bsnes was started back in 2005 when the high end was "only" an Athon 64 x2 and Pentium D).

Rebuild the source. I don't want to invest the time into making it dynamic right now.

For multi-threaded OC, you would edit the '3' here: (right now it's 3/2 * 62.5 = 93.75)
