Mortal Kombat 4 (U) shows bad graphics

Using build 2015.01.29 (all versions).

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Specs: Intel Core i7-7700K @ 4.2GHz, 16GB DDR4-RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
Main build: AVX (official)

I have already reported this in the past, it's probably due to an unimplemented instruction (CTC2).
OS: Debian GNU/Linux Jessie (8.0)
CPU: Intel i7 4770K @ 3.5 GHz
Build: AVX (compiled from git)

My bad, I did it in a thread some time ago, because the bug tracker was inaccessible for a while.
